Motability will service every vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule. To not do so would invalidate the warranty.
If a manufacturer states 30k between oils and there’s an issue, then it’s a warranty issue, not an issue of having such a high mileage between services.
That said, I personally wouldn’t let a car go that long but have you seen the cost of some of these oils? And I’m not talking £50 or £60 for 5 litres, some are double that.
I’d certainly buy a Motability car if the price was right. Some are really abused, I know, but I’d wager, on average, they’re well cared for.
