Mine have always been serviced fully on the manufacturers std schedule, Grand Picasso every 16k right up to a full service 3 months before handover, 5 services total
S-Max has 18k service intervals, its had two services so far (just rolled past 40k) and the second one included the powershift box oil change/service. I’d expect a third service, but working from home until at least new year, maybe longer, so mileage probably won’t make it. I do over 500 miles a week on average, but only 2k total since lockdown began in March.
