Always found Motability phone staff helpful, polite and know what they’re talking about. However, did have a problem when at Skoda dealers getting an MOT done to Motability car: dealer called the Motability office to confirm the work was authorised; phone person said “no”. Luckily I’d brought the two letters from the office telling me to get it done and once details were given all went OK. I assume that Motability staff person entered wrong number on computer.
