Doesn’t help to say that they were helpful, doesn’t explain anything. I had to deal with a scuffle with Motability customer services and they were actually useless in helping and in fact they didn’t seem empathetic of the speech problems the disabled holder had, we couldn’t pass DPA due to minor imperfections with pronunciations, such as when he mispronounced his postcode of P with a B.
