It’s not only Motability customers cancelling orders, it’s the general public. I’m sure they had a lot of cancelled orders because of Covid.
I would even say the general public cancel more than Motability customers.
If anyone does ever leave a deposit make sure it’s refundable.
i got a grant which made paying easier although I’m from a family with money I was still eligible so funds would never have been an issue so to speak, but every little helps.
