They want to create even more congestion and pollution, but it will make alot of people not want to bother with driving at all.. The mayor of london want’s to discourage car ownership and they had some crazt y plans before in birmingham before covid and i bet they put them thre, deffo ain’tt ever going there ever.
Its like you need to drive out of the city to the ring road and then in again you cannot drive threw or across.
