We looked at the estate version at the beginning of the year when the battery was partnered with a 1.5l engine but discounted it as all reviews stated it was terribly underpowered. Looked at it again in June when it was re-released onto the scheme with a 2L alongside the battery but I was hesitant due to struggling to find accurate reviews of the new setup at the time. The high AP also pushed me to a 7 seat SUV to use as a high-riding estate (never plan to use the extra 2 seats).
I was really hoping a Mondeo would stack up as I’ve owned 2 Mondeo estates in the past and loved them both. Good luck in your search ?
