There are plenty of large cars on the system with automatic transmission with no or smaller than £1k deposit. I was looking earlier at SUV’s and can get VW Tiguan from about £600 plenty of others too.
I would love to believe that’s true but when you check these SUV out for carrying a hoist plus five passengers seats plus an assembled pavement scooter or wheelchair like some of us independent disabled drivers need even the Tiguan doesn’t cut the mustard.
On top of that I don’t know where your getting the Tiguan auto for £600 the cheapest Tiguan auto I can see is £1,299 AP with the All-Space that can handle scooter and hoist at £1,799.
That said however the DSG Touran that is my cut price choice and can handle the said equipment above can be had at this moment for £1,099 AP but get the feeling this one will be gone within a year and replaced with something similar but with a higher AP.
