Totally agree the price cap has now become Redundant.Vehicles are more expensive especially with electric and hybrid Vehicles.If the government want us to move to these Vehicles then open it up on the Motability Scheme .That way a healthy market in second hand well serviced Eco Vehicles will be available as well.Let people top up the AP to what’s ever needed for their circumstances or even consider a contribution through the DWP monthly payment.There are loads of ways to get this scheme far more flexible and ignore the bigoted haters from the Daily Mail.
