I have finally had my charger installed today. By strange coincidence, the charger was done this morning, and the smart meters (both gas and electric) were installed this afternoon. The meters weren’t meant to be done until the end of the month, but they rang up and said they’d had a cancellation and would I like an earlier slot?
The Chargemaster electrician double-checked the new electricity cable I’d had run out of the side of the house and said it was fine, and he was happy to proceed. It took approx two hours to install. I will post pics tomorrow.
