Same story here, ordered a c lass at Stratstone Giffnock three and a half years ago, absolutely no problems and customer care was brilliant However, ordered a new c class at end of lease, went in a week before delivery to pay rest of AP, and the salesman I originally dealt with started talking about a completely different car. I understand Motability suspended the C class from the scheme but would honour any cars ordered before this decision. Anyway, was completely confused. I received no contact from them to tell me there was a problem, disgusting treatment. They tried to “punt” me on to other models using the brexit excuse. Though I couldnt hear much for the anger ringing in my ears. Have since ordered a CLA from Arnold Clark in Grangemouth. Problems continue!
