    Brydo, I used to work in a call centre so I can say it’s not an easy job. You have targets to meet and have to speak to angry customers if things go wrong.  You have an average call time that you have to meet, or you get marked down on your one-to-one. It’s also a very stressful job, so I take issue with your criticism of them.
