I would love to live in a world where all employees get private healthcare, 15% non-contributary pensions and free life insurance, but we don’t.
I assume that most staff roles at Motability Operations have similar skill requirements to other businesses and that a competitive salary and a harmonious working environment are all that’s needed to fill vacancies. In my view the other benefits are an unnecessary waste of our money, given that lower staff costs could mean lower leasing costs.
