Perhaps over harsh. Surely we must admire a company that treats its employees well. It seems to pay off as anyone I have dealt with at Motability has been helpful and given their full time to any problem. An unhappy workforce on a poor or zero hours contract would not be the way forward surely. None of us can judge what exactly they have to do for their remuneration.
