It always takes a good few weeks to get used to a new car hopefully you’ll get used to the differences between Vw and seat.
The seat looks like a tidy enough package and I’m sure it will be a good reliable car, maybe give everything a bit more time to run in, Then everything should feels better including the slightly sharp brakes.
It’s always been the case since Vw took control of seat and Skoda that they get hand me down tech and a slightly cheaper interior, the best and most modern going first to Audi then Vw.
That way they can have a bigger market share and have less waste.
