A few years ago I was asked to collect a bmw from a bmw garage. It was in to get front pads and discs, I said to the person I was collecting it for I should have enough money on me to pay the bill. When I sat down in front of the service advisor he said that comes to £780.00 plus vat I nearly fell off the seat, while he was on the phone to the owner of the car getting a card payment, I looked on Eurocarparts for the price of the parts they came to £84.00 although they were not genuine bmw parts I think they would have done the job.
