When I had the CLA on order I was firstly told it was in the UK before lockdown and was due at the dealership within days. Fast forward to June I was told it wasn’t at the dealership but would be there in 2 days. Then they blamed it all on Motability saying I couldn’t have it until 1st July at the earliest. Then last week got a phone call from them saying it had just arrived and would be ready for collection within days. My response was too late I’ve decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Absolute bunch of shysters.
