No they don’t JS. I placed the order for a CLA without visiting the dealership. Did it all by phone and computer.
then my advise it to keep it to yourself, it caused abit of a stir between Forum Members a couple or so years back and at the same time Motability sent out statments to dealers etc with a big NO NOT ALLOWED. some members even had their vehicles cancelled, and dealerships reprimanded.
As a Forum we like to try and be accurate with our advise and guidance, although Motability doesn’t stick to all it own writen rules, as a rule this is one we advise Everyone to stick to.
