Today started grey and remains so. No sun, 10/10 cloud, even the rain is bored – like it can just about summon up the will to fall. Forecast says it’ll brighten, or maybe just not get any worse. Ennui rules. No gardening, then, just an afternoon of serious cooking, I reckon. Might do coq au van (got recipe from Transit driver).
