Hi martino
I found myself in that very boat in September 17 losing 2 points on the mobility part of PIP and finding myself up a creek without a boat never mind a paddle.
Had to use what I have left of my life savings after a ten year early retirement due to becoming disabled, that and a £5,000 loan from my bank to buy my adapted Motability car.
Having to struggle like most folk all my working life to bring up a family and buy a house to live in then to loose an estimated retirement fund of near on a hundred thousand because of the early retirement was bad enough without some scumbags in parliament thinking they could save a couple of quid in disability payments to give multi millionaires tax cuts just gets me so mad thinking about how myself and many others were/are treated.
Unfortunately if your poor, black or white you will suffer regardless how much Motability may give you in compensation towards your new life in isolation from the World.
I knew for sure I’d been done up like a Kipper in the PIP process and 90% sure I would win my day in the tribunal courts as I did but there is always that niggling 10% chance of loosing that haunts me to this day and the thought of what would have happened if I had lost in court on that day.
