    I have just phoned Motability as regards the change over of my new car, they state they have recently have corresponded with the supplying dealership, and advised contacting my dealership for the handover. I have just contacted the dealer, apparently the Motability salesman is not in, I told them Motability has advised me to contact them for the handover, apparently the dealer contacted me on Monday, I informed them no phone call to my landline, mobile or email? They are now looking for my car?

    Neither is mine all on furlough the only staff in are the management team, and admin so they dealing with me, My cars actually at the dealers and they could not put in a date or arrange handover till tuesday the 9th of june..

    so now i’m getting it on monday.. was due to change on 15th of april and is not what mb origanlly said… was from 1st cars already at dealers would be 1st not from the 9th MB the ones who handling this bad IMO as well,I thought it was the dealer but the dealer had to call them as well as they got 8 cars sitting at the dealers ready to go but cannot handover till they Allowed to by MB.. I suggested they start charging storage fees to mb, MY problem is you just cannot plan for it if you don’t know when. as again my fuel light is on 60 miles left and do i put in more if they could call tommorrow, dealer did say it has to be 4 days after they put a date in the system for handover.. hopefully they find your car sort a date as nothing worse thn being in limbo not knowing when
