My local (Durham) VW dealer is useless, been in several times over the last 10-12years when looking for a new car. No interest whatsoever, last visit I managed to grab him as he went past to re-fill his coffee, no chance of a deal on the AP or even a set of mudflaps while other dealers were offering £600 off. Ordered from JCT600 in Wakefield, what a difference in customer service 🙂
My local Ford garage are also pretty good but with a £950 difference in AP between the Tigual R-Line I ordered and the Kuga I looked at it wasn’t a difficult choice!
