i must be reading a different thread to you guys as i dont see any one complaining about motability itself but the Car Search not fit for purpose. it also Doesnt read the poster is complaining about choice of car, just the fact they are in the wrong place/lack of information etc. and on That subject i must agree The Car Search is really Bad for Any company let alone for a company with their resources.
screwfix doesnt have every product i want but i can easily search for it and light bulbs are under lighting, and considering the amount of items in screwfix ive not heard of many mistakes, yet with less than 2000 items motabiliy car search is all over the place. so as the thread title suggests i agree the search tool is unfit for purpose.
