Had a nice phone call from our local Ford dealer (I withhold the dealers name) my Kuga is now due for it 3 year service and MOT, and is there anything they could do etc, yeah when I need them to look at our Kuga they were rude and put the phone down, on 2 occasion I asked about the Satnav updated they ignored me, now they are apologising for not carrying it out (I cannot find my own house on the Ford satnav, but can on my Garmin and iPhone)
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
