I thought there was a form on line to find registered keepers but that may have changed.
it does sound like the car was being used regularly by the garage but that’s not unusual.
The car would have been serviced but most are on a long life service schedule so every 2 years or 20k miles and then an mot and any works found then done by the dealer before the cars handed back by the motability keeper.
