Thank you T.I have had a mechanic look at it as something recently happened that brought to attention that it looks as if previous accident damage on underneath of car and garage are not taking liability of knowledge of this, it has definitely happened before I bought it. It was supposed to have been a motability car, I am just trying to prove if damage was done whilst it was a motability car, then when garage acquired it they would have known this before selling it.
