HA! SNAP. I tried nearly 2 years ago to get a test drive in a Koleos, the Renault Perth staff categorically said it wasn’t on the scheme, despite me bringing up the motability web page in the showroom. They just pointed at their dog-eared 4 month old printout & said no, then practically shoved me out of their brand new showroom (that was totally empty – no other customers around at all).
The worst customer service I have ever seen in a car dealership since my massive argument with the service manager at Arnold Clark Shark back in 1999.
