My current car was a stock car that was in a field/yard at Grimsby docks 225 miles away from the dealer and took 3 weeks from order to driving away as I had no waiting time this time around.
Like others have said “trust the dealer as far as you can throw them” because even though my car was delivered in the time they said it would take the dealer did tell a few porkies about the spec of the car but I let it slide this time around as they were not major but just a tiny bit upsetting when told otherwise.
