I think the aim for these kind of cars is a fleet of them for the inner city car sharing schemes, for this type of duty they would be ideal especially if they do start to fit all the parking bays with wireless charging.
I have a friend in Edinburgh who uses the car share scheme and loves it, train into the city, pick up a car outside the station and zip across town, park up and go to a meeting, a couple of hours later do the same again in a different car and so on and so on until he gets a last one back to the station and the train home, he says it saves him a fortune in fuel and parking and now they have EV’s available he loves beating everyone at the lights.
