So, let me get this right, you are saying that money should be taken from disabled people who don’t return their car in “immaculate” condition ?£@. Are you being serious?
A car is not a member of your family it is a means of getting from a to b no more no less. If you look after your car as if it is something more then that’s fine but don’t apply this to the many disabled people who have more to concern themselves with than an “immaculate” car.
We should be arguing about ways to increase the benefits paid to disabled not reduce them. ?
