The lease on my own vehicle is up this year so I’ve been out looking at what’s available on the scheme.
Today I visited my local Mercedes dealership to look at the CLA coupe. It’s a beautiful car and after chatting with the Motability specialist he offered me a test drive in the CLA 200 which I jumped at.
In short I liked it but just felt it needed the extra BHP the 220 offers as you had to work the engine harder than I would have liked and by doing that it was a little noisier than I’m used to. Spec wise the AMG line had almost everything you need except for lumbar support which you can’t add.
Now I don’t like estates so I wouldn’t get the shooting brake, but how is it that the 220 is on the scheme when it’s more expensive than the coupe.
