Carl, I’m pleased for you that your PIP has been reinstated.
And a very good question. It’s one I’m pondering on myself as I am due to change in September.
There are two main factors to consider I think.
1) The AP cost, which relates to your question, and
2) Any available dealer contributions.
I’d also be keen to hear any views on (1) but regarding (2), this has to be considered random and usually based on a dealers desire to meet monthly/quarterly targets. For example the recent BMW dealer offering any BMW at £0 AP. That was incredible.
