I’m sure you just press the ok button which is on the right hand side of the steering wheel , ok to Answer and ok to Hang up ??
if you connect your iPhone via usb Apple CarPlay will automatically load up and then you can hit the * button and use the hands free part to say “call mum” etc
it also reads out iMessages and WhatsApp’s if you want , it’ll then ask if you want to reply and you can just say Yes or No and if you say Yes then you just speak your message and it replies to them by text or WhatsApp
works really well
