I am inclined to agree with Delta4427 you are an educated person in the final year of your law degree, you obviously understand the law and Motability position. Surely you should have informed Motability of your change of circumstances when you started your degree.
As Delta4427 I know it sounds harsh, but Motability are being more than ‘Fair and Reasonable’
