I have no doubt its down to dealer-to-dealer, not brand-to-brand. The guys at our local SEAT were top-notch, but VW will never see a penny of my money. I currently have my Volvo serviced at a more local dealer than the supplying dealer and I am planning on doing the extra miles to get the Tiguan serviced at the supplying dealer just because I don’t want to support the local dealer in any fashion. Yes it’ll mean an extra 30 miles or so round trip each time, but realistically I doubt that’ll mean more than 100 miles extra over the whole lease
