The lidi In my local town has four charging bays but selfish none electric car owners just use the bays for parking, you would be well annoyed to find you can’t charge your car…and the store just seems to be interested in getting customers through the doors .
I believe Lidi charges for EV charging?, were as Tesco 7kW are free and only charge for the 22kW
