I called motability today to complain about the Volvo metallic paint shenanigans. I said that they should make it clear on their website that there was an additional cost for metallic paint on Volvos. The guy said he agreed and would bring it to his manager for action. Let’s see if anything happens.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
