    Hey that’s exactly where I put my order in I which I’d travelled further to another dealer offering discounts as this 1 wasn’t interested, I presented the evidence no discount was granted even when I placed the order it was all send me the links and I will see what we can do. After placing ordering knowing I only had 12 mths remaining I was told by Rob that he would cancel the order so I could place a order with another dealer knowing full well I couldn’t. Wasn’t happy but I just assumed his hands were tied but guess they weren’t.

    He was good with test drive etc but I wouldn’t use this dealer again even now no manager has called me back to discuss my issues even when copied into emails still no call back even when prompted by customer services to do so still nothing so not been a great service and definitely can see the difference from purchasing privately as oppose to through motability which you would think is better. I’ve spoken to motability and I will be writing a little letter to let them know how I feel about everything.

    I was also steered away from adding extras aswell stating the obvious that it’s not my car etc and it’s a waste of money  but I still added the Oryx white paint and then eventually added the emergency assist as realised it wasn’t part of the r line package but the car I test drove had it aswell as AWD I was told it wasn’t active during the test drive but who knows I no longer trust.

    I think my order is in the week 2 of their Jan orders which I still think I won’t get mine till March but I’ve waited this long despite been told I would have the car in 3mths. Hopefully you don’t have a long wait for yours. What colour did you go for I think I’m regretting not sticking to my usual blk or grey.
