Noel there is no doubt motability do a good job, but most of the people who complain about it, including me, complain because it isn’t doing a GREAT job.
APs are too high, car choice is limited and too much money is spent on motability employees conditions and offices. When there is a better balance between workers conditions such as free pensions and private health care and their customers, especially those in most need, then they will be doing a GREAT job.
