I was leaning towards a XC40 originally but the AP was horrendous 🙁
After the X1 I just dont want another SUV style vehicle I just dont like the centre of gravity I think im destined for a Golf forever 🙂
Ironically talking about old cars my first ever car when I was in much better health was a Mk1 Capri 🙂
Seats have just got smaller harder and more restrictive over the years 🙁
I too had a Mini Clubman 1977 on an S in Reynard Metalic 🙂
The seats were lovely brushed velour but as said were more like deckchairs…………….
I later had a 1995 Rover Mini that had Metro seats i think for 95?
So much more comfortable than the clubmans but terrible for rear access though being just two of us the rear seat didnt get used that often.
My last Mini had to go because of the state of the roads,classic minis are cheeky but with a spinal condition and zero road maintainance thesedays they are no longer fun and probably not that safe either 🙁
