Spot on Phil. I’m vertically challenged at 5’3” and I have an X1 with std seats. I find them better than anything else. So much so it’s a possible for my next car. My wife has a GLA and I can’t be in it for any more than 20 mins as my back goes in to spasms. I can last over 30 mins in the X1.
An absolute must for me is the electric seats to allow me to get in and out.
A Tiguan is right up on my list as well and I’m crossing fingers the seats won’t be too long. I need short seats as one leg is 3 1/2 inches shorter than the other and causes pain if the seat is too long.
Im a big fan of the XC40 too but funds may cross this off the list.
