I’m trying to flesh out who would benefit and who wouldn’t:-
Those doing low mileage
Those with severe physical disabilities (the added benefit of no costly adaptations)
Those who are blind
Those in the city or with nowhere to park
Those who don’t or can’t drive
All of the above would benefit
As far as I can make out the only people disadvantaged would be those who can’t get access, like those living in very remote areas.
I think this could also increase the numbers on motability.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
