Thanks guy’s. Firstly I got to the dealers at the agreed time, only to find Motability site was down and there was nothing the dealer could do. So off to have a coffee I went, and wait for a call, which was only about an hour, so not too bad. Everything else about the handover went great (big thanks to Lewis at Dinnages Brighton) Then off to have a little drive to get used to the car, and promptly got a puncture on the rear, not even had the car for an hour. Luckily I was right opposite Kwick Fit and they were brilliant fitting me in straightaway. Apparently I broke a record with them for having the least amount of miles on the clock. We had some good banter about that, which was great.
As for driving the car, it has already shown me that I made the right choice. The height of the seat enables me to just slide in, rather than me dumping myself in, like I did in the C Max. I have to say that I didn’t drive it as much as I’d have liked, as the events of the day caught up with me and I became tired. So for now, I’ll pop some pictures up, and give you more detail probably at the weekend by which time, I should have put some miles on the clock.
