@kdwolf I agree. I managed to get one overturned as well but, in this case, I’m still unclear whether the fault lies with the car park operator (in which case an appeal is well worth it) or the OP (perhaps misunderstanding that time limits also applied to Blue Badge holders), in which case I’d just pay the £60 and chalk it up to experience, infuriating though it is.
