I think it’s down to the dealership. We’ve used the same dealership for our last 4 cars, got to know the Motability guy quite well. He always returns calls and always gets us a nice pod coffee and biscuit. When we wanted a test drive in the Enyaq, I gave my license, he completed and online form, threw a set of keys at me and said take it for an hour.
