Rather than a 5hr 2 rate tariff (new economy 7), have you considered economy 10, which can give potentially 10hrs of off peak rates however, the rates can vary depending on time of day and the peak rate can be higher, so you would have to look into such a tariff, to see if it would fit your needs.
