    Apologies if I should have posted this elsewhere ? I was due to collect my new car this Friday however sales have been in touch today saying it will be delayed 2-3 weeks because “ Skoda have identified Enyaq vehicles from a certain production period where there could be a possible issue with the battery module therefore, they would like them replaced before being delivered to the customer” Has anyone experience of the battery needing replaced? I’m worried that this has happened before I’ve even collected it and I’m considering rejecting the car.

     

    Personally I’d let them replace the bad batch, that’s a very quick delivery for ordering in June so guessing you must of grabbed a cancelled order, we ordered back in April and we’re told ours was meant to be going into production last week.

    With any luck we’ll be seeing ours mid to late December.
