The problem you have is the cost of legal representation to ask permission from the owners of each property to install the chargepoint cable.

You would have to front the cost of lawyers to investigate and contact each owner. Any one of the owners could decline.

Go ask a solicitor for advice. Only they can help you.

If you live in England the problem you could face and an easy solution for your landlord is to issue a Section 21 notice and evict you. It saves them a lot of trouble. Its a fine line if you get other agencies involved.   Your solicitor would probably give you the same advice.

The whole point of having Ohme to administer chargepoints is to devolve the complexity to another company.  Motability does that with Insurance, maintenance and breakdown companies.

There are pitfalls with pushing  for a solution to a simple and costly  cable laying problem.
