This really shouldn’t be a problem if you plan your journey properly. The car, and many apps, can plan your route taking into account the need for charging. Before ordering an EV you should consider how far you regularly drive on a daily basis and work out if the car you’re looking at has sufficient range. Also, if you are in an area with few charging points, you would ideally have a charger installed at your home.
However, if all else fails, call the RAC and they’ll give you a charge to get you to the next charge point or home.
