We / I don’t know how well DL perform overall long-term but just to be fair my dealings with RSA on the two times my cars were rear ended, the first in 2009, I had a beaten up 7 year old Ford Fiesta that was scratched to hell and the second one 2018, I had an exact copy of the car that was in for repair though six months older.
Back in 2009 I was still wet behind the ears as far as MB goes but in 2018, near on 10 years later I was on the ball and because in both instances they were no fault claims I refuse to let them take my MB car away for repair until I had the keys to a similar adapted car in my hands. Don’t know if my stamping my authority on it had any thing to do with it but RSA were just as bad for supplying old bangers from my POV.
